Syracuse basketball odds to win the ACC Tournament

The ACC Tournament is set to tip off on Tuesday, March 7 with three first-round matchups before a conference champion is eventually crowned on Saturday, March 11. The current Syracuse basketball odds to win the league tournament is set at +6000 at FanDuel Sportsbook.

It’s definitely a long shot to back the Orange to win the conference title, but the ACC is as wide open as it’s ever been. Even the best teams like Virginia, Pittsburgh, and Miami can lose on any given day. Currently, the co-favorites to win the ACC Tournament are Miami and Virginia, with each listed at +290 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook.

Syracuse basketball schedule and injury report

Before the ACC Tournament gets underway next week, let’s look at the upcoming Syracuse basketball schedule and injury report. The Orange have one more regular season game on the schedule before postseason play starts up. Syracuse will face Wake Forest at home on Saturday, March 4. After that, the Orange could either play on Tuesday or Wednesday in the ACC Tournament depending on the result of Saturday’s game.

If Syracuse beats Wake Forest in the regular season finale, they will be the #8 seed in the conference bracket and play on Wednesday, March 8 at 12 p.m. ET. If they lose and Boston College loses on Saturday, then Syracuse will be the #9 seed and still play on Wednesday at 12 p.m. ET. If the Orange lose and Boston College wins, though, they could fall all the way to the #10 seed and have to play in the first round on Tuesday, March 7 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

As for the Syracuse injury report, there’s only one name to pay attention to. Starting wing Chris Bell has missed the last two games with an unknown injury and his status for Saturday’s game against Wake Forest should be deemed questionable. According to reports, Bell’s absences were due to a coach’s decision rather than any injury.

NCAAB March Madness odds & prediction – Will Syracuse make the tournament?

Selection Sunday for the 2023 NCAA Tournament is just over a week away. Before you know it, we’ll have an NCAAB March Madness bracket in our hands and first round games tipping off. Let’s look at some March Madness odds and predictions pertaining to Syracuse basketball odds. The question every Orange fan wants to know is: Will Syracuse make the NCAA Tournament?

Simply put, the Orange have a very small chance at even making it into the bracket – let alone win the whole thing. Syracuse is not among the NCAA Tournament bubble teams and will need a miracle next week in the ACC Tournament. If the Orange go on a run and win the conference tournament then, yes, they’ll reach the NCAA Tournament via the ACC’s auto bid. Outside of claiming the ACC Tournament title, Syracuse has very little to no shot at making it into the March Madness bracket.

If you’re feeling particularly hopeful, you can bet on Syracuse basketball odds to win the whole NCAA Tournament at +40000 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook right now.
