Japanese fashion favourite Uniqlo lands in Edinburgh

1. A Japanese fashion brand which counts Roger Federer, the tennis legend, as a brand ambassador and is loved by the fashion set is to open its first shop in Scotland.

Uniqlo is taking a unit on Princes Street and plans to have it trading in the spring of next year.

Alessandro Dudech, the chief operating officer of Uniqlo UK, said: “It’s an honour to be opening in not only a new city but a new country.
