CleverTap, a leading consumer engagement technology platform, has announced the results of its partnership with leading Vietnamese fashion brand Canifa.
Canifa, which has more than 100 physical outlets across Vietnam and a robust online presence, has achieved a 54 per cent higher app conversion rate after deploying CleverTap.
Canifa faced challenges with previous tools causing data silos. CleverTap’s integrated customer engagement approach addressed this, unifying data sources for a detailed customer profile, leading to granular insights on preferences.
To establish top-of-mind recall in the competitive fashion sector, CleverTap employed various channels such as SMS, Push, In-App messages, and Email. Push Notifications and App channels played a pivotal role, ensuring timely and personalized interactions.
The implementation yielded substantial benefits, including a 7 per cent boost in revenue per user, a 7 per cent increase in retention, a 50 per cent surge in conversion rate month-over-month, a 4 per cent rise in stickiness over a 60-day period, and a notable 20 per cent increase in retention rate.
